But how exactly does Meditation work? 
Here you will find out more about the mechanics of Meditation and its effects on your mind and body. 

Meditation requires discipline and determination in order to bring a higher state of consciousness, and needs to be nurtured through practice. Meditation in a group helps with motivation and inspiration.
